We had a superb visit to the centre for a spot of Owl handling and flying. The owner, Lisa, is very informative and passionate about all birds of prey. Her enthusiasm and knowledge shone throughout the visit. She welcomed all questions and her friendly demeanor and expert team of Owls made for a rewarding visit and an unforgettable birthday present! The visit was set with an overview of the various birds within the Centre and a discussion about what we could expect and the care that had to be taken when being in contact with the Owls. We were joined on the pre-briefing by her expert assistant Little Pippin who is an amazing Burrowing Owl and a funny, endearing little character. Overall, everyone had a superb unforgettable day in a professional caring environment. We will definitely be returning!

I booked my wife and I onto the owl handling experience for 2. Firstly, walking around the centre, you can tell they take great pride and passion in their birds. The cages and birds are very well looked after and in great condition. There's loads of information about the birds, and the staff are very willing to answer any questions. The owl handling was great, and again its very clear the staff have a lot of passion for the birds and know a great deal but are very honest if you ask a question they can't answer. We handled 4 owls in total of different sizes and flew 3 of them. It was such a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone.

When we first got there, the owner was friendly and helpful. You can pay cash or by card before entering. We were left to walk around on our own and enjoy the birds in their glory. All birds were visible and looked happy in their home. A lot of work going on to ensure the birds homes are reflected to their needs and an endless task for the owner and such a challenging yet satisfying task. Thank you for doing such a great job and allowing us the public to see these beautiful birds.

This place was amazing! We were the only ones there so Paul gave us a personal tour full with lots of fun facts and personal information about each bird they cared for. You could tell he had passion for his job. He was very lovely and friendly and happy to answer all our questions and have a laugh. Made our experience one to remember. Thank you Paul. This place was only small so not a full day thing, but also has a cafe, farm shop and butchers on site which was packed. (So must be good!) We could not get a parking space but parked down the road and walked. The car pack gets filled with all the customers from the farm shop. All in all good...

Part of a working farm, with a butchery, and coffee shop. On the day we went, it was very windy, quite cold, and overcast with the occasional drizzle. The scenery was amazing. The welcome less so. One staff member in the coffee shop was very welcoming and happy to help. Two others who were more elderly We're not inclined to be as friendly. I have to say, the cakes were to die for. I would avoid the latte like a barge pole. I've never had a latte that just had ordering milk added to it, without being steamed or frost up or something other than just poured in. Prices, for what it was, were exceptionally high. Certainly much more than I was...
