Took 4 kids today to this place. The climbs are good. However, I was disgusted with the staff. Stood around, hands in pockets while children struggled to get down from one apparatus that they were nervous on. This happened to 3 of my children. I have photos of one staff member who was apparently in charge of this particular climb. Couldn’t have been less interested. The other guy clipping on was surly. Did not engage with the children at all and looked fed up. I was also not happy that we had to pay extra for the drop slide!! Ridiculously cynical move. Won’t go again. I expected the children to be shown techniques and at least given a bit of encouragement, if not mentoring. At £13.25 ( not including drop slide!) for one hour, I expected at least that much!
