My kids and us adults really enjoy it here. Take the fantastic Meal deal for the kids.. it's well worth it. £7 for a 3 year old and £8 for 6 year old. Gives them entrance and food. So really only worked out a few £ for entrance and a meal which was really good and also included a juice for them. Can not argue with that deal. I paid £6 for the macaroni and was delicious. This place is always busy. There is a car park outside A secure entrance and exit. The food is really nice and enjoyable. Their is employees in the play area to help keep the peace and look after certain areas of the climbing area which is fantastic. We were there for 2 hours and wee see the panda and minney mouse which the kids loved. The kids loved it here. I have included the menu for you.

Needing a refurb and good clean! Mounds of dust, one of two trampolines closed off, go carts removed to make way for the toddler space. Food changed a while back, not for the better. Better places nearby

We went to a birthday party at 3:30 on a Saturday. It was a feral mess of flying limbs, sassy mouths and no supervision. I witnessed in the "Under 3s area within the space of 3 minutes, 4 kids over the age of 3 almost run over a 9 month old baby with a cozy coupe and on the other side of the area, an amateurs version of WWE smackdown of around 6 little boys all over age 3. There was a gate in this unders area that was frequently left open allowing more mobile children, like my 2 year old, to run free like an escaped convict on speed because these older kids (and their parents!) kept opening the damn thing with absolute disregard for any small child's safety.

Outside of this chaos, and lack of staffing at restricted areas (one sign doesn't do the job of an attendant guys), the under 3s area is a joke honestly. It's basically a section of the older kids soft play that's been stripped out of all the fun stuff and has been left with random soft play blocks laying around that are too heavy for little kids to shift (but make for good sen building materials for the older kids who shouldn't be here!) and a non-working pay to ride automation car, a very faded and jaded bouncy castle for toddlers, which was regularly elbow dropped by older kids even while babies were on it, and some very broken and busted pop up tents and a crappy ball pit where the balls (all 13 of them) were too busy being used as projectile weapons for the, you guessed it, older kids in the restricted area.

There were a couple faded and broken baby walker seats as well as standing walkers without the standing wheel part, that were also broken and randomly making noise even when not in play. Oh and also some dress up items strewn around the floor also.

Some of the mess I can expect at this late a stage on a Saturday of a busy and popular place but honestly don't say you cater to under 3s and charge £4 for what you offer. It's a far cry from what you used to offer the under 3s before your nursery was introduced.

I do appreciate you guys are giving cheap time out for kids and it's honestly a good space for older kids between 4-8 years old, even with the loss of the small section taken for the toddlers. But coupled with how far out it is from anywhere, and the horrible parking situation when the place is full, it's not somewhere I'll be visiting again anytime soon.

The staff were all lovely though, just not enough of them to spare one on the unders area of the play zone,...

We went for a fun play day out with our 1 and 2 year old today but left deflated and before our 2 hour play session was done. The place lived up to its name, it certainly was pandemonium! Staff rushing around all over the place and very unsure of what they were doing, the place was far too busy to be able to enjoy your time there, the tables crushed together and felt like I was sat with a neighbouring family rubbing elbows, our juices were knocked over on several occasions by other adults trying to squeeze past, the under 4 area was a big disappointment, all of the toys were dirty and most were broken. There was a messy pile in the corner of dress up costumes but were aged upwards of 5+ and again dirty. We ordered food. 2x American hotdogs with chips, and a panini plus kids meals, chips were undercooked, the panini had chicken tikka filling which was hot and cold at the same time, tortilla chips as a side were soggy. I had to ask a member of staff to wipe down a high chair for our toddler which was thick with just stoor, dust and all sorts of food! The receptionist was loud and very dismissive, she was giving a stern telling to a young member of staff that she was stressed and busy when she asked for her advice while another brushed past and out the main entrance sayingā€I’m away for a fagā€ clearly but off more than they can chew and instead of limiting numbers they’re taking your money and allowing for a terrible experience. Ladies toilets had paper all over the floor all sanitary bins and waste bin were full to the brim, no toilet roll on the rolls in any cubicle. The car park was just as hectic as inside. We spent Ā£50 for an hour of absolute chaos the only member of staff that was helpful and had a smile on his face was a young lad named Aidan, every other staff member we came into contact with had a growl on their face and a look that they just could not be bothered with the hassle (asking for the likes of a straw or a fork), felt bad for the young members of staff that were rushed off their feet and under a lot of pressure. We won’t return to pandemonium based on todays experience. Gave 1 star rating because I can’t give a zero. Don’t waste your money taking your...
