Meals were lovely, and myself and my daughter had dessert. Menu said kids ice cream free, so she ordered chocolate ice cream. It came and was quite fancy but she didn't eat any fancy bits. Goes to pay and was charged £4.50 for the ice cream, total rip off. Said to the lady it said free, and she said that's only vanilla, I told her the menu just says free ice cream. First time to this restaurant. Identical to Lorimers in Bishopton not sure if they are connected. Anyway ordered fish and chips. Asked for thin chips but thick was what we received. Tartar sauce was advertised but we didn't receive any. Food was tasty can't deny and the waitress was pleasant. Only real gripe was the air con unit above which was thick with dust. Was a tad worried it case we got dust in our grub! Aside from that the place is spotless....

It's was just fine. But I ordered a philly cheesesteak flatbread and it was steak in peppercorn sauce (not actually a Philly cheesesteak) so really difficult to eat without a knife and fork. Had cheesecake for desert, which was lovely but the base was so thick that every time I cut it with my fork, it would make a massive clatter on the plate and I was feart the cheesecake was gonna end up on someone else's plate lol.
