We decided to visit here as we were frustrated and uninspired by the soft plays that we usually use. It is a bit further for us to travel and we really hoped it would be worth while. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who took some details. Our wee one is 18mnths old and it cost us something in the region of £4 for access. Neither my wife or I had to pay anything and we were not given a time restriction (I suspect this may change during busy times, as the receipt said 2hrs). The soft play itself is huge, certainly the biggest soft play I have ever been to. There are various sections, depending on the age of the child. It certainly caters for the full spectrum and there is enough there to keep kids amused for hours. It is very clean and the equipment itself appears new and doesn't seem tired. There is a large amount of seating for parents, which also extends into a mezzanine level above the soft play. This gives you a birds eye view of your wee one whilst they are in the climbing structures. There is a cafe that serves food, which was actually quite busy. Definitely great value and would now make it my preferred choice for soft play, despite the 30 minute car journey. Our little one was asleep for the journey home after all the running about.

Wow, amazing! It's huge!! Popped in on the off chance it would be quiet and enough to wear out the kids.. It was quiet, alot bigger than we expected, food was good, staff are really friendly and plenty for the kids to play on. They had a blast. The go karts were great fun for the kids and daddy too 😁 by half past 3 we basically had the place to ourselves.. My 8month old loved the baby bit, and my 20 month old and 6 year old loved everything about the place. They especially loved that daddy could run around with them and join in while I kept the youngest happy. The wee football pitch in it was great for them all too. My 6 year old loved climbing up the big mountain thing and back down the slide or sliding back down the mountain. Kids had great fun, so did we. We WILL be back next time we are down this WAY. (my daughter wants to go for her birthday next year) Google maps was great to find this place aswell. Thank you to all the staff for their patience and help. This soft play is a MUST see and do with kids of all ages! Plenty seating aswell and a few wee £1 things with toys in and the kids £1 moving car thingy-ma-bobs and other bits for all to enjoy.

Would not recommend for babies. I contacted the soft play in advance asking whether they had a designated area for babies given toddler can be quite hyper around them and was told there was a 0-12 month area, however there is only a 0-2year area. There were many toddlers and over 2s in the area so wasn't safe to have our 6 month old in, but there wasn't anything for babies to play with anyway ie. Sensory play. I've provided a video when it was only my partner and baby in the area so parents can get a better idea if the area is suitable for their child.

TL;DR: Great place to go with the kids, good food and plenty for the kids to do. The place is large and is very clean.

This is great big warehouse filled with awesome soft-play for children from very early on to older kids. We've visited for years, planned parties for our neices and nephews and now visit fairly regularly with our son.

There are three different sections, a baby and toddler area with a large ball pit and slides and a big-kids area with bigger climbing stuff, bigger slides with a go-kart track and sensory rooms where there are light and sound activities for the kids to enjoy.

The equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained after speaking with the staff and seeing them keep up with cleaning the main seating areas and banisters. The ball pit feels fairly clean too.

They have some ride-on pay-per-ride machines on near the front of the warehouse. (The Peppa Pig one constantly stops our little one from running around for at least half an hour .

We attend Perth wonder world at 4pm on the 27th of July 2021. If I could give less than one star I would! Service was shocking and niece broke her arm so badly that she's currently in hospital and will be there for days! Our fun trip started at the door when the guy couldn't find our online booking and dispite having our confirmation email didn't really want to let us in without a QI code and couldn't really be bothered to find out how to addmit us without it . Once we got in and discovered the lack of healthy or price friendly food we settled on what they had available only to find out that the kitchen was closing and there was hardly anything left. We payed far to much for pizza that the little ones didn't even want to eat and had to go up several times as half our order was missing. Our niece broke her arm coming out of the soft play area falling onto a clearly inadequate small and thin matt. No one came to help we had to ask for an ice pack which never got cold and still no one came to see us even though we had clearly said she was very badly hurt and needed to go to hospital . After we rushed her to the hospital we then reported the incident to a supervisor who took our information for the records. No apology or even an offer of refund was given. They did call the next day to check the details were correct and have been informed that she will be in hospital for some time and need an operation. They said they will look into the matter however in 5 years no child has hurt themselves on that matt. If there was a wider, thicker matt the issue would have been a bruse not a hospital stay and potentially nerve damage.!...

I pre booked and attended with my two young grandchildren ages 3 and 5 on tuesday 13th february, my first complaint was that we arrived at 10 am to be told the chef would not be there until noon and would have to put up with fast food rolls, noon was when our slot expired, the second was that they advertise free unrestricted access to the go carts ,this was a lie, three of the 4 go karts were not being used and the kids had to form a queue, i broached this with the manager and he said they couldn't use all 4 go carts as they were having charging problems with them, on a previous visit i found the same situation and at that time a member of staff used the excuse that they were having a party later that day and needed the three unused go carts to be fully charged. I informed her that i wasn't interested in the party and that i wasn't getting what i paid for, i was ignored. as we left at 12 noon i noticed that 2 of the carts were in use, they cant even be consistent with there lies. the soft play facilities are very good but the restricted cart situation wasted my kids day as they only got one turn on them, They are taking the full amount of cash £12,.95 per kid from the public under false pretenses and when they are broached they do not offer any discount for there failing to provide the promised facilities. in addition as i was leaving i was upstairs and being disabled tried to use the disabled lift, it was out of service with no signs showing that it was. my grandkids were very upset that they only got one go on the go carts i won't be bringing them back and in fact am considering making a complaint to...
