Forge dam cafe is in a really nice spot, reasonably priced its a good end point to a walk through the porter Brook parks and a good stopping point if you're planning to walk further in to the peaks.
They have outside seating, a kids playground and toilet facilities along with being close to a road for easier access. If you do need accessible entrances it isn't hard to get there with a wheel chair and getting in to the cafe shouldn't be much of a problem, although they do also have a service window for anyone wanting to sit outside. I can recommend giving this place a try if you're In the mood for a good coffee after a walk...
