Well organised. Safety talk beforehand. Everyone wears life jackets and non-slip socks(provided). Participants are observed by staff in canoes on the water. Not for the fainthearted-the water is cold, and some of the slides are pretty high! Bonus-house martins are nesting in the open barn, which has shaded seating. My only suggestion for improvement is that the coffee stall could've offered iced coffees to their menu. Temperature was 30°c and didn't fancy a hot drink. Had cold water, though, and slushies...

Great place, children learnt new skills, had fun with dad, and friends. Just a shame, to eat there, is so expensive, would have maybe had lunch after using so much energy. And Icecreams was expensive too . Coffee from outside van /stall, was very good. And not sure why we would have to pay ro walk around a lake. But considering the cost of this trip, they had fun.

Really enjoyed our hour on the inflatables. You do need to arrive early as it states on the website so you can get through the administration. Once you're on the water it's fantastic fun and you will leave worn out and with a smile. We went in August and didn't feel we needed adult wetsuits although we put the children in them.

It may be a great fun place to go for a splash around.....I was very impressed at how they'd turned the lake into a very well organised aqua park. Unfortunately this was ruined by the rip-off cafe! I don't mind paying over the odds if it's worth it but but £3.50 for 'Cheesy Chips' that weren't even proper chip's but thin fries and with a tiny sprinkling of grated cheese that didn't even melt as the 'chips' weren't hot enough! And the portion was so small it barely covered the bottom of the burger box it was served in! I had to open the box to check there was anything in it as it was so light. My son ordered the same and was so unimpressed he threw his in the bin....my wife had a bacon roll....the bacon was cold and vastly overpriced for what it was! Ordinarily I'd always return food as bad as this however, it's much harder when you're part of a large party....you don't want to spoil the day. But it turned out that others in our party had also the same experience! So be warned, if you're ok spending a lot on food make sure you get what you pay for and return it if it's anything like ours! They also have a policy of not consuming your own food that you've brought with you but at the extortionist prices they charge for very little, I would go ahead and take your own as there's loads of space to...

IMO Mostly very good fun… However…There is significant risk of minor and moderate injury and there is clear risk of more serious injury and drowning. People fall and jump and slide from great height at high speed in loud excitable groups with minimum supervision and checks. In deep water. Dangers are heightened for smaller children who lack water or swimming confidence. All The equipment is slippery and or unstable the idea being that you fall in the water from a height. When you sign the waiver form make sure to read the detail of what you are signing first as when you sign the waiver in the office there is no sign of the full form so check it on your email first. Basically it says it’s dangerous but that you are accepting the risk yourself and for your children. It covers them not you. When it’s busy it’s frightening and intimidating for smaller children around boisterous aggressive teenagers. Some Children get cold...

Fantastic water park! Had my daughters birthday with wet & wild yesterday 6/7/19. Staff couldn’t do more for you, the Health & Safety video & the briefing we had before entering the water was all very well organised, the staff helping & making sure your life jacket was well fitted & check by a member of staff. All the children had an AMAZING time & the adults too😜. Our over all experience was OUTSTANDING 100% recommended. Our food service was also fantastic we pre-ordered & gave a time to be served. As we asked the food come out at the exact time we had given. children’s food first all hot & well presented. 🄳😁...
