My husband and I had our wedding ceremony here in mid September. The venue is absolutely beautiful with the old beams and period features. It is decorated very nicely with lots of fake flowers which go well with any wedding theme. It's a shame they've put such an ugly handrail down the whole front length of the building, it's not really in keeping with the style and somewhat ruins it I feel. One problem we had was that the music system, which we were told was bluetooth, would not connect to anyone's phones, which caused quite a bit of stress for my husband and his best man whilst all the guests were waiting. In the end they ended up having to ditch the music player and play the music from his phone, which was disappointing. The venue is somewhat pricey to book for a half hour ceremony, however the location is lovely and it's handy having parking not too far away for guests. Overall we were delighted with how our ceremony went, and had lots of compliments from guests about how beautiful a venue it was.
