Lovely place. There is a NEW part opened up now from may 2019, the meadows with a nice long walk along the river with stunning views. Very well kept, the river is beautiful. The thing i noticed about this is the further on your walk around this place the better it becomes. Nice seating area for a picnic and big grass area to enjoy. Hidden places as you walk through, the river winds of into the bushes. The main feature of Batford springs is the stepping stones and enjoying the walk across them, i enjoyed this myself, The water was high and almost touched the top of the stones. The water sounded so lovely gushing down stream, it moves fast. A great place to visit for anyone of any age. I highly...

A small walk around the stream from the Bratford Spring. Some wildlife for the time of year, mainly small birds and wood pigeons. The walk is mainly the attraction here but the stream is very picturesque and relaxing. You can cross it at a few points with fun stepping stones.

The children will have fun on this small walk and can make use of the modern outdoor playground.

The small waterfalls/weirs were lovely to view.

Some open green spaces that would suit a picnic or a game of frisbee.

Car parking is limited so ensure you get there early on weekends or park...
