Such a shame that the food and service has dropped over the last year. I went there for my birthday lunch and a senior member of staff was rude and argumentative. I will send a letter of complaint. The dish I ordered was too hot and spicy not what I have been used to when I had dined in the restaurant on previous occasions. The member of staff made out it was my fault for ordering that particular dish and was wally defensive and aggressive in his tone of voice. I have never experienced such treatment before and I am not sure what was wrong with him. He eventually swapped the food for a milder curry but no apology for his behaviour. Never disappointed with the food here. Always fresh and cooked perfectly, love the fresh side salads and onions that come with the Tikka / Sheek kebab starters. I'm so disgusted with the customer service here, I ordered two meals and over an hour went by and when I called again I was told there was no order in the kitchen. When I told him I definately ordered from them (I used the same number) I was told there was no order and "to check where I ordered from" and then he hung up on me!!
