Where do I start and how long have I got to describe our experience tonight? Absolutely astounding!! From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, constant activity. Running across floorboards, pounding up the stairs, setting lights off, flickering our torches and dimming them or brightening them according to what we asked. Footsteps galore, growling in the darkened corners.. disembodied voices whispering and a spirit wanting to make itself known in the mirrors and on the stairs. Never in my life, and I’ve had many experiences over the years, have a felt such a range of emotions from fear to smiling to wanting to scream and cry. We were physically touched, pushed, grabbed. The table rocking wildly beneath our fingers and talk of fire and burning and being trapped in a box.

Whatever graces the museum with its presence is something new, something full of energy, something that wants to communicate and respond to our questions.

It was a totally different feeling tonight compared to before. The atmosphere was heavy in places and whatever it is that walks those rooms anew … isn’t backwards in coming forwards.

As much as I’ve typed here, I have no words to describe the experience myself and the group have just had.

And despite how fearful I became at times…. I WILL be going back.

Thank you to Craig William Longson and Gemma Louise for an out of this world experience, such a special place, and too end this very long speech I have a few words left to say…

Never mind being ranked #6 in the most haunted places in the uk…. After tonight …. The Haunted Museum & Spirit Shop Stoke should be ranked number #1.

See you soon guys...

Honestly and truly, whether you are a complete skeptic or a believer in the paranormal, this really is a 'must visit' place. We have had the best time here today, not only is it full of strange and extremely interesting objects with various attachments and all with documentation and histories, but the layout of the rooms, decor and theming is absolutely fabulous and all in keeping with each display of pieces. We were made to feel so very welcome and could have spent hours chatting with and learning so much from Gemma and Craig, who are absolutely lovely people. The guided tour Gemma gave us was so informative and engaging she had our attention from the word go and kept it all the way through, we didn't want the tour to end tbh and loved every minute. We cannot wait for the new horror museum to open later this year and will definitely be back for both that and an investigation too. If I could have chosen just one item to take away it would have to have been the Warren's artifacts, I felt super drawn to them and could hardly tear myself away from them. Finally we did have the sounds of three footsteps above our heads as if coming from someone walking around the attic space..except there isn't an attic in this building... Absolutely 100% worth visiting, you won't forget it I can guarantee that. Well done to Gemma, Craig and their team for a fabulous and well thought out museum that treats all it's exhibits with the utmost respect. Thank you for an absolutely...

Thank you Craig and Gemma,

I visited the Haunted Museum and Spirit Shop in Stoke for the first time last night, and it was an experience like no other! I've attended paranormal events with other companies before, but this one was truly in a league of its own.

Being part of a small group made all the difference. We had plenty of space and time to fully engage in each activity, without feeling crowded or rushed. As someone who's a mix of a novice investigator, realist, believer, and skeptic, I really appreciated how things were debunked or ruled out when needed. It made the whole experience feel grounded and genuine.

Not having our own equipment wasn’t an issue at all because of the wide range of tools provided. We were so grateful for the variety of gear made available! The bell ringing in the asylum and the curtain moving on request had us on the edge of our seats. And trying the Estes Method was a highlight—I felt like a bit of a madwoman calling out responses, but the replies were intelligent and spot-on!

Alison and Becky were fantastic guides, bringing energy, knowledge, and a lot of patience. We could have stayed until the early hours! I’m already planning to come back in December—I’m hooked! Thank you for an...
