Plug Platters — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Food was tasty...let's get that straight... brought the lobster platter, then got a phone call to tell me there was no lobster. Bit disappointing from the offset. But paid on card so felt obliged to ago ahead with what offered. So I accepted there only offer which was receiving x1 extra squewer of prawn. I was extremely disappointed though with the amount of food I received for 35 quid. I will not be ordering from here again. I had my doubts to start with, but I gave it ago! I have genuinely never been more disappointed with a takeaway. Wow you guys, make tasty food, but that £1 waffle you include is ridiculous. I can buy the exact same waffle from Aldi. That's a let down. How you are getting away with this is beyond me. You should put a lock on the door. Seriously, how you can say I received 35 quids worth of food from that order,...

Rank! If I could give it less than one star I would have. The macaroni cheese I ordered turned out to be just boiled pasta with cheap garlic and herb soft cheese stirred in it. The “seasoned” fries were just frozen chips, I’m not sure what they are supposed to be seasoned with, maybe the misery of previous hungry customers? Al this for the privilege of paying a cool £10! I could have bought the same items from Lidl for £1.25 !! Very poor quality food! AVOID...

Been here a few times and the guys here always hit it out the park.

Whilst their wraps, burgers and sides are good value already, I'd recommend getting one of their platters come with a drink and are fantastic value for the quality and service you get.

Particular stand outs for food is the mac n' cheese and the beef burgers, both of which have a ton of flavour.
