It’s a wonderful area and probably great to learn about the process of producing china.
However, I came here because of the “Outlet” in the phrase “World of Wedgwood-Outlet”. I expected to acquire a few Wedgwood items at a discounted rate.
However, to my sincere surprise I had to learn that the selection of discounted items is only a tiny-tiny fraction of the entire pieces on display at the showroom, which, though, are all sold at the regular list price.
To market this experience as an outlet is misguiding. This is my reason for the low rating. Everyone visiting this place for bargain hunting should be aware of this fact. Alternatively, the management should beef up the bargain section of Wedgwood items to justify the term “outlet”.
