Seaburn Dene — Attraction in Sunderland

RAW CHICKEN!!!! Iv used this chinese for the last 2 months and always had nice food, however tonight i was served raw chicken in an Egg Foo Young. I wasnt quick enough to get up the stairs and get the plate off my daughter before she ate a portion of it buy the time id served everyones food and sat down then saw this... The food immediately went in the bin and i sent pics to them via online facebook messenger then rang up to speak and ask for a full refund, obviously, Which they gave me the run around for so i drove down to their shop and after 20 mins of standing arguing was STILL not given a refund as first the lady tired to make out that it was actually cooked!! and while arguing in Chinese with another lady on her phone which turned out to be the manager, told me i needed to go home, bring back all the food from my bin then would they give me a refund, so i did just that. I took the food back and the lady tried to take it off me out back BEFORE giving me my refund which i refused, She finally gave me my money back and i handed her the bag left the shop... THEN the manager took to facebook messenger saying that the food i brought back isnt from their shop!!! WOW! time to let environmental health sort this one out. I posted the pics on their facebook page which was quickly removed, so i posted to my own social media instead which was shared all over. Seaburn dene meanwhile tried posting a vid of "My" meat on theuir page saying that it was the meat i returned, i clearly was not! and when people were commenting saying they were liars, they were removing and banning them from their page! They eventually removed the video. i just found out they have a 1 star food hygiene rating and are number 4 in the North Easts Worst takeways!! Needles to say i will not be back in a hurry! This could have all been sorted with a simple apology and refund but they...

Driver was very rude. I won the Facebook competition and asked if I could get it on Sunday and was told no it needs to be on the next day (which was friday) When I answered the door I was met with the delivery driver asking for £3 I was home alone and wasn't expecting the delivery or had been told I was to pay a delivery fee I did not have any cash at home and offered to drop it in tomorrow he said he couldn't give me the food if I don't pay as its his money, I apologised and asked if he wouldn't mind taking it to the shop and I could collect tomorrow with the money (as it wouldn't be eaten till the next day as everyone was at work) he shouted at me and practicaly practically threw the food at me and demanded I ring the shop to tell the shop I owe them the money. Having a man shout at you and become nasty is quite scary when you're home alone and no need for it I suffer with really bad anxiety and have never experienced this in my life. I've managed a take-away shop in the past and would be mortified if a driver representing us treat and made someone feel so distressed. Food didn't even get eaten. Went and paid the delivery fee in to the shop today and got no apology from the shop would never go back. I've ordered here quite a few times in the past they have your number and address saved having seen I order regularly they know I wouldn't leave the country with the £3.

Rang at 5:10pm no order came rang at 7pm and answered by a woman who clearly didn’t have the time of day or customer service skills to help at all. Told us they delivered order which they didn’t as we have a ring doorbell and no one had came they then put the phone down and didn’t answer returned calls. Rang from a different phone she then proceeded to say I can’t be bothered to deal with these people and they told us they delivered it to a house with a dog on the porch. Which we don’t have??? Very rude completely unacceptable...
