It is small but it is more than enough! We love the baby sensory area but I can only go without my 2 year old as I can't leave him outside so its pointless going on my own but when with friends it is great, its always clean and the cafe is fairly priced, they sell the toys that they have out which is a nice touch EDIT upon returning they have introduced a 90 minute time limit which is unfair especially if meeting friends it should be 2 hours at least! And under ones are no longer free they have to be non crawlers so paying £3.50 for a 10 month old is ridiculous they are free everywhere else so we won't be returning

A lovely place to take your little ones! It was (IIRC) £4 entry for my 2 year old, for 2 hours. Amazing value for money, considering the size of the play area for him (under 4's area). There is also an over 4's area which was MASSIVE, and also a small football pitch, with flyaway balls available to use. Will certainly be visiting again soon!

Visited today with my Daughter, everything is gated with access at adult height so child are safe! Fresh food available and the play bit is outstanding!! There's something for all ages, the space is clean and tidy. Staff are polite and helpful. Pictures don't do it justice 😍

Great place, well ran. Saw the staff asking parents and children to follow the rules. The coffee is really good and the food is too and reasonable prices.

There are 4 sections for general play, a baby space for crawling and younger children. Then a terrible twos area and that is well thought out and not too taxing and easy for them to manuvor around in it, it also has space for adults to get in incase little Timmy has a melt down when in there. Then there is a larger area for the over 4 years old group. This is well sepererated and easy to access. Lot of thought has gone in to it and it looks and feels very safe. There is also a sensory area for children who are not comfortable with the hustle and bustle of the main room this is ideal for very young or those who have special needs. Hell I liked it too, maybe we could use this room for adults that have had too much time in play centres ;)

Oh I almost forgot there are a series of play pens with toys in, one has ride on toys, one has make believe toys (fixed model of a car, fixed models of kitchens etc..) and there is a play area with loads of toys, all of these toys you can buy too. I will say all the toys were not broken and in great working order, quite a testament to how well made they are given the volume of kids playing with them.

As I was saying this is the best one of these places I have been to, and with having a 2 yo who craves to run about and living in a terrace house these places are amazing.

Gert there early tho because it is a victim of its own success, it...

Paid my 13 month and 3 year old in here today at a cost of over £8. My baby girl then decided to go to sleep on me for 45 minutes in the baby section, as babies do. Moving her would only have woken her, making her cranky, so I let her be.

After over an hour sitting on the floor with her I decided I needed a brew and would order some food as she woke back up. I realised as I was about to order that I must be about up to my 90 minute time allocation so i asked the nice youngest girl if it would still be okay to order and even explained that it was delayed because my baby had fallen asleep. She gestured yes fine, don't worry about it, so I ordered & paid only for the much older dark haired Lady to come over to speak to me mid-way through my meal, brandishing a clipboard & paper w/ red ❌️ crosses on it, stating I should have already left by now!!!

When challenged, it transpired that the staff members do not communicate between each other! I wouldn't mind but, far from being full, there were only 2 other tables in the whole place and they were an hour away from closing still!

I don't know which is the most rediculous here, the 5p per ketchup sachet new rule when they require a £5 minimum payment on a card, or, the fact that they can't communicate amongst themselves & apply common sense! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I insisted on a refund for the meal I wasn't able to eat and I won't be...

The fun depo, not so fun if your child is under 2. We have a 1 year old and when we visited it was very busy with older children running around (like kids do). However, my son likes some stimulation and due to the silly rule of "only non walking babies" allowed on the baby section he was not allowed in this section. This rendered the place useless as he is still far to young to run feral with the older kids and he ended up getting bashed around and knocked over by other kids. I understand the reason for non walking babies but I see no issue if adults are with their babies and not causing any problems. I felt awful for the staff working on the day when they had to come and tell us to leave because he can walk. Even they must have felt ridiculous. On this occasion we wasted our money and had to take him to another play center after. Happy to change my review if this rule is changed because you shouldn't allow under 2 year olds into the centre if not. Maybe even if older kids weren't allowed into the toddler area as there were 5-7 year olds in there. It's not safe and there's nothing for them to do. I've gave 2 stars because the toilet facilities were good. This review does not reflect on the staff. The staff were so friendly and polite and I couldn't ask for more. Credit to the staff they...
