Dosthill Park — Attraction in Tamworth

Play park had been re-done not long ago. There is lots to climb on and slide off, also one swing for big ones. Grass football area and concrete basketball area. We've been visiting maybe for a year now. There is parking for 10-15 spaces incl. disabled bays. Nature park as you cross kids park offers lots of hide aways and nooks to play at. It's nice to have a walk down to the stream and through the little woods. Always nice to pop round there especially now as the evenings...

Edit: the council allow travellers to camp in the park for a week or two on a regular basis so it is often covered in human poo and rubbish as well as having aggressive dogs (albeit small) biting at the public. The criminal damage, ASB and public order offences are reported to the police but they do not act, they facilitate it happening which is a shame.

Lovely place to go for a walk, with the dog or the family. It's got a nice playground and...

It would have been a nice walk at Dosthill park if more tender care was put into the park. A part of the walk I felt really unsafe walking because the wooden walk way had broke and it was slippy, uneven and dangerous the way it has been left. Other than the wood walk, the rest of it seemed nice. Easy to find, plenty of car spaces and clean, just a shame on the one part...
