I really like this green wooded haven. It is a lovely place to have a walk and enjoy the trees and be in nature. There are more parts of it I have not explored, so I will be going back. A lovely place for us adults and children who do not need play parks etc... Except ones that have natural places to enjoy! My favourite place when I need to de-stress.

I was out on the common this morning at 5.30AM with my little dog Alfie. I was struck by the beauty of frost Crystal's on the grass and the total tranquillity of being out at that time. This place has a serenity and calmness that sets you up for the day. I am not saying everyone should go out at that time, but if you do you may be surprised at how uplifted and ready for the day you feel. Go on,...

Super southborough common. Venue for kid bike adventures/ camps/ swings, scout wide games / drinking.. and in recent years a pleasure and sanity saver for woodland clearance/ learning ( a bit) about archaeology Heritage..I need to re read cultivate and engage further here..!! What's really pleasing is to see more kids about on it again and re emergence of camp dens/ rustic...
