SERVICE CHARGE ADDED TO BILL..

Volunteering someone else's hard earned money, and the more you spend, the more they'll take.. They might as well rummage their hands through your pockets, and pickpocket you on the way out the door.

Just a heads-up on where you stand with service charges..

(Compulsory service charge: Must be stated to the customer in advance of ordering. The customer can only refuse to pay it if the service was poor.

Discretionary service charge: Can be added to the bill receipt at the end of the meal, but the customer can decide not to pay it in any case.)

If you want to pay a tip, do so at YOUR own discretion, not these cheeky restaurants volunteering your money, as though they have some kind of rightful...

We visit the 2nd time and the hygiene is so bad now. The floor was dirt and sticky

The utensils were full of unclean dirt

the toilet was really stink! It smell so strong and I almost throw up

It’s clean and tidy. Bright and very good service. We ordered the fried platter which was soso. The oil seems had been used many times.

Ordered a take-away over the phone, we asked for a whole duck, we were told that we weren’t able to order this, so we asked can we order enough duck for 4, we were advised that two portions were half duck each so we proceeded and ordered, we also ordered extra pancakes and we also couldn’t order that too as it came with pancakes. Once we got home we come to find out that two portions of duck is only half, and half of the box was full of cabbage and peppers. Also the “extra pancakes” that when we went to pick up they advised that they had added was just a portion for one of the ducks. The food was cold...
