Great day with my 5 and 3 year old. I'm not sure why people moan about the under 100cm rule. My little one could go on lots of rides as long as there was an adult with them and they had a fantastic time. We previously went to diggerland Devon and the novelty of operating a digger was awesome at that time. This time it wasn't so much operating the diggers that made it great but the fact that we were riding machinery that you'd never dream of doing as a kid. All the staff were really kind and talkative. Wasn't sure before I went whether the setup would be the same as Devon but everything seemed very similar which for me was great. We easily spent the whole day here and didn't even go in the soft play. There's a small selection of coin operated diggers and cars which are aimed at the under 100cm age but we didn't feel a need to use these. The only let down was the cafe upstairs. The food was being cooked up in the open in front of us and even though the kitchen staff were using food prongs to handle things like chicken and lettuce etc from the containers, the staff were at the same time just using their fingers to rearrange and organise dishes whilst touching the meat etc and then touching the vegetarian food with the fingers again without washing or wearing gloves. This was undisturbing considering I'm a vegetarian. I ordered just a large plate of chips and even though I saw the staff just empty from the fryer a huge bag full of chips at time of paying, we ended up waiting 25 minutes for the plate to be brought over to us. With small children this is a huge inconvenience. Other things to improve I would say are to consider an outdoor playground like Devon, they had a huge one which was great to end the day with. Otherwise overall I was really happy with my visit and feel only the kitchen staff...

What a fantastic place to go! A superb family day out. I went today with 2 kids aged 1 and 4, we had such a great day. The park is already to get to, just off the motorway, and loads of parking available. The entrance is large and same as all the rides, virtually no queues.

There was so much to do there and even on a dry Saturday in May there were virtually no queues for anything, this makes it so much more enjoyable than other attractions.

The amount of freedom.they give you with the real diggers and even car is impressive, many other theme parks would have kittens at letting you loose with a multi ton machine! It's truly an experience you don't get anywhere else!

We found that most things in the park were included in the price, there were just a few rides that wasn't such as the dodgems, some electric ride on toys, but these were only a pound for a fairly long ride.

In the cafe we bought 3 meals, a side and drinks which came to £32, we were happy with this price, even more so because theme parks nearly always rip you off something rotten, not that here. The food came out fast, and whilst not restaurant quality, was certainly satisfactory.

The gist shop was mostly actually a very decent price... Especially considering what gift shop prices are normally like, infact we actually got what I'd say is a bargain, 6 cups for £1. This left us with a lovely last impression of the park and end to the day.

The most amazing thing about the park though were the staff... Nearly every single one was a young teenager, but every single one was super polite, motivated, looked after the children in a lovely caring way, and literally every single person wished us a lovely day as we left their ride. I do not know how you found so many perfectly mannered helpful teenagers! Thank you for helping my family make...

Big car park is available right outside the front of the place. Fairly expensive entry fee but once in everything is included except a few smaller attractions which can easily be bypassed (I bypassed them). Been twice here now. First time was on a very hot summers day and although it was great, there was absolutely no place to get out the sun. Queuing up for all the rides in the baking sun and eating our picnic outside wasn’t a pleasure. Second visit was in October, cold and very very wet. Less queuing up in October and I didn’t mind the mud (rain always kind of spoils outdoor days out wherever they are), If you go properly dressed for the weather it’s great. There are height restrictions on the rides. If your child is under the height limit then in many cases the child can still go on but you need to go on too. There are some which it’s not possible for a smaller child to go on. These construction site machines are the real deal. They have the same controls as in the machines on sites. It’s a great opportunity for a child to be allowed to have a go in something so big and powerful. In this day and age where we live in the nanny state it’s a refreshing change to be able to take a child to Diggerland. I noticed how attentive, pleasant and polite most of the staff there were. If they were having a bad day they hadn’t brought it to work with them. There’s a cafe, which has a good choice of food. For a baked potato with cheese and coleslaw, and a side salad, a plate of cheesy chips, a bottle of Coke, and a cup of coffee it was just over £18. There is a child’s menu too but we didn’t buy from that. I am planning another visit here soon with different grandchildren and I can highly recommend Diggerland for a...

DiggerLand 🚜 We had the most amazing day at @diggerland We took the whole family and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I’ve had a lot of questions about how many rides my toddlers could go on. I was very impressed with how many my toddler could go on. A lot were 80cm and some 100cm. Even Jude got involved in the fun. One of the best family days out, we’ve had in a long time. We definitely will be going back soon. There’s 4 across the country. You won’t be disappointed 🚧🚜 .
