Doboy Donuts — Restaurant in Wakefield

Doboy are THE BEST doughnuts I've ever had (and I've had a few!) they have an amazing selection of flavours and creative designs and OMG they're huge!! Biscoff, Oreo and Galaxy donuts are our household favourites but I can hand on heart say I think I've tried nearly every one they've done, they're THAT good!! 100% recommend a visit and every return visit after that. We usually go to Wakefield or Castleford and the staff are so lovely and Amy herself is even serving sometimes which shows how much dedication she has to the business instead of being a behind-the-scenes owner once it gained success. She's absolutely amazing and so down to earth, such an inspiration 🩷 As long as Doboy is here, I might never be losing weight but by god will I be happy 😂 (PS. I first heard about Doboy donuts when a lovely batch was delivered to the ward that I work on, and everyone knows that we nurses are partial to a sweet treat when we’re rushed off our feet on a shift. 😋

However, because I’m on a strict plan I waited until off plan day to try these beauties for the first time, and they did not disappoint!! My firm favourites are the Biscoff and Salted Caramel Pretzel ones 🙌🏽

I would highly recommend! The only thing that can be disappointing is that they sell out fast, and if you’re not there early enough, you’re kind of left with whatever is left! But other than that,...

Having not been there before, I was a little mixed up with the upstairs downstairs bit. Having limited mobility didn't help with getting up and down to find I could have ordered my donut and coffee in one go.....I also bought a piece of salted caramel brownie which couldn't have been anymore salty if I'd washed it down with a glass of red sea water ( yes it was really that bad) I even left the building heaving my guts and only just managed to keep it down....I kept the ferraro Roche donut and shared it with my girlfriend. This was very nice but the purchase price was a bit off putting...
