Wellington Park is a peaceful, versatile space perfect for a variety of activities. Whether you're planning a small gathering, going for a meditative walk, or letting kids and pets play, this park has something for everyone. It’s a great spot to study, relax under large oak trees, or enjoy a sunbath. The atmosphere is calming, and the park is free to use and very safe, making it an ideal location for all kinds of therapeutic activities.

Had no intentions whatsoever of visiting Wellington Park but the traffic was horrific on the M5 that day - 2:30 drive home took 5+ hours - so we randomly came here with the kids. There’s an actual “park” there too - or kids playground - which was also pretty good. I totally nailed the monkey bars and the other long tube thing. But anyway, the kids enjoyed it and we managed to kill half hour and stretch the legs a bit.

Exquisite hidden gem, perfectly maintained.Glorious flower beds, set amongst specimen trees any arboretum would be proud to show.Edwardian park buildings(1902) also largely as envisaged by the German gardening designer.Combining arts&crafts with American New Mexico(Pueblo?),is this where Disney found his architectural inspiration?maybe! To sum up, facilities to delight the eye and pleasurably excercise body too,Go Visit!

The park is beautiful well maintained but the play area is not safe it's dirty and litter everywhere not really safe fir under 12s there are no barriers for the climbing equipment the slide is very tall .. this park is recommended for under 12 but I personally would think it needs more toddler/younger children play equipment ... maintenance needs to be carried out and cleaning of area if the main park is checked the play area should...
