Found this great Italian deli by accident. What a great place. Went in simply to buy a dessert cake of some sort. This they did not sell but oh what fantastic looking food, beautiful Italian cooked meats, cheeses loads, as for the variety of breads, out of this world. You can buy olive oils by the litre when you bring your own bottle/s, likewise, Italian wines by 750 ml quatities, again when you bring your own bottle/s. I could not resist the Foccacio bread, it was the best I've ever tasted. We were served by the owner, who was charming & so helpful. What a fab small shop, selling unusual and tasty Italian products, including wines and food such as cheese, cold meats and pasta. Plus gifts and clothing on the upper floor. Sadly, I live more than an hour away or I would be in there more often, making a nuisance of myself. I like visiting to buy gifts for special occasions and have always received great service and knowledgeable advice from Rachael and Stefano, whether on a choice of wine for a wine-buff friend or making up hampers containing some of their unique products, to be given as Christmas presents. Visited the shop for pre-Christmas food and gifts. A delightful shop run with passion and fabulous customer service by Stefano and Rachael.
