I visited last week and it wasn't much to see. Maintenance work is going on at the moment. No flowers as such apart from some white roses. The fountain is being renovated. It's quite dusty and general upkeep is lacking at the moment. I would recommend you walk around the lake or walk towards the bridge instead of coming to the Rose...
