Brant Fell Viewpoint — Attraction in Windermere

A nice viewpoint to see the whole Windermere ..... Go up from Brantfell Road. You will see a gate at the end of the road and use the iron one to enter the farm area. Continue to go uphill and you hv to pass through two wooden gates. And till you reach a farm wall, it would have steps to help you crossing it. After that, you will see the Brantfell Viewpoint, where is the highest point of the hill, you have to walk a bit downhill and all the way up. You will reach the summit in 10 mins. Amazing hike! It can get really muddy during the rainy times otherwise the walk is quite fun. There are lots of rocks on top where you can go up to have the best view. The steep hill up from the junction is the only hard bit. For the the ones who using public transport, get Bus no. 599 from Windermere train station and get down at St Martins church stop.
