Field Place — Attraction in Worthing

We could not been happier for choosing Field place Manor House and barns for our wedding day. We started looking for a venue 1.5 years before our wedding as we wanted it to be exactly as we had in mind. I must confess that when we saw Field place we fall in love with it. After meeting Amanda and the team we knew that this is it! The venue itself is very beautiful, well taken care of and even though it’s in town, it feels like you are in countryside, because of the huge beautiful gardens and trees, plus the rustic barns and the historic Manor House, makes it the perfect place for photos. Most of our guest traveled from Greece for our wedding, so we wanted to give them something unique and field place was the place to be! Moreover, we were thrilled about the care and support that we had from everyone involved from day one. Amanda, the venue manager, as well as our celebrant, wanted to make sure that everything will be exactly as we hoped, and it was indeed. We can’t thank her enough for the detail in planning, professionalism and commitment to the project, as well as her support and understanding! We were also able to have our dog with us and make him part of our day that made us even happier! The providers that work with Field place are also great professionals that exceeded our expectations and all made sure that our day will be smooth, stress free and enjoyable for us! On the actual day, everything was spot on, no delays or things going wrong! This way we end up having the best day ever, as well as our guest that were amazed from the experience they had. Finally, pricing was very reasonable that made us even happier so we were able to add more things to our day that we really wanted to have so we can make the day exactly as we wanted!! Overall, pleasant, fun and enjoyable experience working with all these people, that actually listened and appreciated our vision!! WOW, where do we even start!? we viewed a few venues for our wedding before stumbling across Field Place and booking online with Amanda for a show around. First impressions were amazing, Amanda is incredibly welcoming, shows you around, gives you copious amounts of advice with absolutely no pressure to book. She reserved our date in the diary and we booked the very next day for the wisteria package! From there on, nothing was too much, I'm pretty sure I turned into bridezilla but nothing was too much for Amanda, she returned our emails within a day answering all my questions and checked in with me regularly to see how we were getting on. Eloise then came into the scene and our emails were answered within hours. Amanda and Eloise are definitely the dream team! Customer service is definitely exceeded with these two. We are not local to Worthing so when it came to things outside of the package we relied on them for local knowledge for hotels, taxis, restaurants and our amazing DJ, we went with everything they recommended and nothing was a disappointment. They both took our vision and made it a reality, giving us the most amazing and magical day together. The food by Hardings was phenomenal, we had children and vegans within our wedding breakfast and every person was catered for with no qualms.The bar staff were lovely and very quick with serving. We have had nothing but compliments about our day. Our whole day ran smoothly and on time and this is no doubt down to how well Field Place run things. We got married at Field Place in October and the hosts and venue were absolutely perfect!

We love attending weddings at barns in the countryside, but they're always a pain for everyone to travel to. But Field Place gives you the cosy, warm barn feel while being really easy to get to. It's secluded and hidden, quiet, the gardens are stunning, and it really makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere - but there's proper transport links so it's easy for your guests to get to! It was a great balance.

The events manager, Emma, was fantastic. She made us feel relaxed and confident that everything was in safe hands. (Thanks for putting up with me and all my little questions over the year!)

They also host wedding fairs every few months, we strongly recommend you attend these as you can meet all the suppliers and it really helps to see the venue in its full glory and gives you a chance to picture how it will look for your wedding.

When it came to the big day, Emma managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring that everything flowed perfectly. We are so grateful for the effort they put into making our day truly special!
