We visited the goodyear theater for the first time last week for the weird al concert. I was a little nervous about parking and navigating around the area prior to the show. I was very pleased to find I had nothing to be concerned about. There is a parking lot across the street that was 10 dollars to pay to park but directly behind the building was a decent amount of free parking. Had to check with a nearby officer that it was okay to park in the lot and was told it was public parking and was okay to use. After parking, the walk to the venue was quick and painless. Arrived, went through security, scanned our tickets and were into the venue with zero issues. Once inside, there was a massively overcrowded merch table and line but the concession and restrooms were moving along quickly. Concessions were priced at typical event prices but not unreasonable. Bathrooms were very well stocked and taken care of. They were quite clean and organized. Seating wise in the theater, the seats are slightly offset and staggered in such a way that for most people, they will have a great view of the stage unless the people in front of them are exceedingly tall. I'm 6'1" and fit in the seat well, only having to adjust my knee to account for the beverage holder that was hitting my right knee. Checked with folks behind me and they had no issues seeing the stage around me. The theater was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful in locating our seats. Would absolutely visit the theater again for an event.

Very nice and old school theater, with modern amenities. Just saw a standup comedy show here; cool vibes, great view from the balcony. I'm a tall guy and the seats are a little cramped with no cup holder, but reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful, restrooms are crearly marked. Free parking behind the building within walking distance; paid parking across the street. Felt safe walking around the area too. Hope to come back to see a concert!

We went to the Jeremy Camp concert at the Goodyear theater last night! All of the staff were so amazing and kind. We interacted with several staff; the people checking us in for the VIP, the people checking our regular tickets, the lady at the bar, the ladies at the meet and greet area, and the ladies helping us to the right seats. They were all so sweet. My friend and I commented about it and how it made our night that much better.

I loved the venue itself.. the people who work here we’re extremely on the other hand were rude.I am not saying everyone and I understand some shows can be stressful dealing with people . But I was here just a few days ago for a concert and my friends and I waited hours in the cold. My friend had pre-ordered her tickets and when they gave her the tickets for her family she put them away safely. She went to the bathroom about 20 minutes before they opened the doors and I guess her tickets fell out of her pocket. She tried talking to someone to see if they could do anything but they just threatened to kick her out. When she went back with her dad they made comments on how sketchy they seemed.. after the show I bought a record from the musician I saw, and when in the car I opened it and it didn’t have the right record in it. So it was just a mistake from the distributers so I went back to the venue minutes later to see if I could exchange it for a new one and the women that was at the door was extremely rude to me about it. She said that merch had left.. So I went to the back where the tour buses were to try to find someone else to help.(because I traveled 4 hours for this show) I wasn’t going to give up. I found someone who was helping the band tour and he went inside and exchanged it without a problem. They did do a great job on putting it together so I’ll give them that. I don’t mean to sound so rude I was just so upset by the way some people were treated. Other people had mentioned how they didn’t like how they treated...

the venue itself was fine but the staff was not. my friend and i went here for a børns concert last night and after waiting in the cold for over 3 hours we got into the venue to a disorganized mess. the line had turned into a big crowd of people as opposed to a line so people who had been waiting for 5 minutes were next to people who had been waiting 5 hours. then, we proceeded to wait for 15 minutes before they let us into the theater itself, and when we got to the front a lady informed us there were only 5 pit tickets left even though we got general admission tickets she said everyone else had to be seated. luckily, someone else gave us their pit wristbands so we ended up being fine but the lack of organization at this venue drove me up the wall. my friend and i should have had pit tickets no problem we were around 10th in line before we got inside. you would think since the staff wouldn’t let us in right until 7 that they would be doing something productive, but instead they let us wait in the freezing cold just so that we could get pushed out of our spot. this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with a concert. the venue itself was great but this experience was quite terrible. please get some sort of actual system for letting us into the venue because this was...
