We hiked the trail at Big Bend. First know that all water fountains are covered and closed. Second the trailhead bathrooms had a sign on one door stating they were closed. So, enjoy your hike but, don't count on the facilities. The trails were very busy. I thought if I heard "to your left" one more time! Well, it seems there were a lot of bikes out there with a few runners, a few dog walkers and numerous hikers. This being the case you may want to plan your visit in the earlier morning hours.
