So glad to have this amazing Sushi chef back in Merriman Valley! So close to the former Sushi Katsu. Menu was extensive. Visited on the soft opening first day, and there was temporary longer wait and item outages. These did not deter me as the food was well worth the wait. The whole operation was a family effort from servers to the chefs, which made for a friendly and warm experience. Cozy spot for a casual dinner. Really good foods that no one else offers anywhere else around town. If your looking for authentic Laos dishes this is the place to get it. Tins always made wonderful sushi, excited to see them open...
