The Rialto Theatre — Attraction in Akron

The Rialto is in our neighborhood and it is a jewel. Very cool atmosphere. My favorite place to see bands play. Also a great place for community events. The owners are very cool, nice guys. Beautiful inside. Nice restrooms on the main floor. There is a bar with many beer varieties on tap as well as bottled beers, mixed drinks and wine. Went there for Sawyer Frederick concert for birthday, waited in line and when we finally got inside, they had 20 to 30 seats. I guess they expected us to stand for 3 hours to see show, I had total ankle replacement and our friend had back surgery, had this been communicated, would have never bought tickets, so needless to say, we had to walk out, no concert and lost our money. Terrible experience and will never go again and will tell everyone about the standing and no chairs!!!...
