I wish I read the reviews before I came here!!!! I should’ve known! I had two gifts card. Tried each one and their system messed up and shut the cards down. They said it’s not their fault!!! I told them this is the second time this has happened to me! They said well there’s nothing they can do about it!!
I am terribly disappointed. I’ve been sitting here for a long time!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Terrible!!!!!!!! Just like others are saying, I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! MONICA who was in charge clearly didn’t care at all!!!!! The manager she spoke to on the phone DID NOT CARE AT ALL!! The owners DO BOT CARE AT ALL!!!

First of all, I'm not racist. But never, on my whole life, have I or my boyfriend been treated the way we were treated her at this subway store.
My b[unfriendly and I walked in planning to get dinner for our family. There were 2 colored ladies working behind the counter. One was manning the counter. There was a white gentleman trying to get their attention. He finally gave up as he was waiting and trying to get their attention for about 5-10 minutes. He gave up and left. We were next. We waited patiently. We then realized, as another colored lady walked in to order, that we were being ignored on purpose because we aren't colored. The 2 colored ladies gladly helped the colored lady who came in AFTER us.
I never felt so distressed in my entire life as I did then! This place doesn't deserve even a single star as we had to drive an extra 10.minutes to go to...

I always go to the Manchester subway. Alway fresh bread and great customer service. Went to Kenmore because it was closed to my house. Big mistake. The girl gave us stale bread and was slapping the meat on the sandwich. When I asked her was she okay she said it was just hot 🔥 🥵 then take your coat off dear and don't take it out on my food. Bread just crumble and crumbled and it was not toasted at all by choose. I WAS SO HUNGRY ate it anyways. For the cost I brought 3 subs, I should at least get a fresh roll. 30 bucks stale sandwiches.
