The convenience of them being open late night was cool, however spent too much money for the poor quality.. the catfish was really good but the greens that were served tasted like tons of salt was poured in them, couldn't eat them, Mac n chz was overcooked, and whiting was dry, decided to purchase dessert homemade pound cake so dry it crumbled like a cookie... It was about 8 of us and 6 out of 8 ppl didn't enjoy the food, we paid 56.00 for 3 meals and 3 slices of cake . To be hugely dissatisfied and left with bad taste in our mouths. We were all visiting from out of town, and I kid you not they have another one of these places being put in Toledo I wonder if it'll be same... Thanks for being open Akron location but no thanks we...

The food was good but nothing special just average. The customer service is awful. They don't allow for upgrades or side changes, which is a terrible business model, just charge the additional cost, hell make it even more to turn a profit. The staff acted as if it was an inconvenience that an order was being placed. I also saw in another review that they don't even take phone orders?! The menu was printed on sheets of printer paper taped to the glass in tiny font, get a sign or individual menus. Yes the food was hot and tasted fine, but that only goes so far. If the business wants to succeed customer service needs to...

First time here new resident. I called to order and no greeting or welcoming. Was told to order online. Cool, still ordered had to try it ordered go in and grab food customer service was terrible still no greeting or warm welcome. Customer service is so important to me and feeling welcomed is what brings me back to a business. I travel and review businesses…. food was not bad I had the shrimp alfredo. Not memorable but not terrible. I would go back for the food but with the customer service being so bad I will probably never return. Much love to my people. I hope they don’t take it personal.
