ABM Computers — Attraction in Alameda

Hello everyone.

Let me begin by singing songs of praises to Xochi, a member of this establishment. I was window shopping for a new PC and my first ever gaming PC. I sent an email and was replied to by Xochi.

She was very communicative with me and gave her own input to match my budget along with pros and cons about the build. Being the suspicious consumer I am, I put in her recommendations and found she was not lying but telling the truth.

I called several other spots and emailed other companies and they never got back to me.

She gave me a quote and in less than a week everything was ready. I got it before the horrible tarrifs took over and made it more expensive. (You pay the tarrifs since it's an additional tax.)

I plugged me new machine in and wow. I am loving it. I am so grateful to ABM and Xochi for the build. The PC looks amazing and my game play is just wow.

I recently visited ABM Alameda to reset my Mac Pro, and although everything seemed fine at first, I encountered some issues with Excel and YouTube TV when I got home. I decided to go back on Friday to inquire about the problem, and I was fortunate enough to be helped by Kevin.

I must say that Kevin is an absolute expert when it comes to fixing Macs. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but he even took the time to clean both the inside and outside of my Mac, leaving it looking brand new!

Spectacular. Their customer service is fantastic and their price is extremely reasonable for the level of service you receive. We have been using them for years and have never had any complaints. Here is an example of the great customer service: I recently had a flight at 1:30 pm on a Sunday to fly to the East Coast for work. Early that morning my computer was not working and i was panicking. After the owner of the business tried to solve my problem remotely, he met me at his store in Alameda and fixed the problem in time for me to make my flight! He provided amazing customer service.
