This is a fenced in outdoor park about the size of 3 football fields in length and 1 wide. There are seats and picnic tables scattered about and one set of chairs underneath a shade tree. The park is mostly grassy with a sandy streak in the middle area. It's defently one of my favorite dog parks on sunny days. Would 100% recommend to any one who loves being outside with their dog while looking look at the river and inlet and watching insanely HUGE shipping container freightors, get loaded up with huge chains. It's just a cool park all the way around. 😎😎

A little far out there, but a great weekend spot to let a big dog run wild. Our friendly giant mastiff had a ball. There were only a couple other pups around, but all friendly. In N Out is nearby also to get a pup patty. We’ll be back.

This is a nice large dog park. The park is for large dogs and there is no small dog section. There is a mix of grass and dirt. It is generally clean. It can be windy and colder than the rest of the area, especially toward sunset

I could rate this park 5 stars and 1 star at the same time, so I've settled in the middle. 5 Stars Location: right off the water, amazing view of shipping containers. It's a huge space with tons of room for dogs to run freely. Tons of parking, both in the lot and on the street. Super friendly neighbors who are regulars. All dogs share the same area (I happen to love big and small dogs together, but I know many don't).

1 Star Dry thistles and foxtails everywhere make this an unsafe park for my pooches. Took well over an hour to get all the thistles and foxtails from my two dogs (both have thick fur). This may not be as much of an issue for shorthair dogs, but foxtails can be super dangerous to all dogs if accidentally snorted into nose. Very little shade - we found shelter under one small tree, but mostly this is just a wide-open space with no shade. No grass, very dusty and dirty.

Would I go back again, not likely. But I think this is a great location, and for dogs who love and need to run off leash, it's worth...

I love this dog park. I bring my dog here almost every day to play fetch. It's a huge open area, not separated into big/small dog sections. Its never really been super crowded when I go and I like that people tend to stick with their dogs here and keep an eye on them. So far everyone has been friendly and the dogs have been well behaved. Some dog parks can get pretty cliquey but even though I've seen many of the same people here a number of times, everyone is pretty friendly. You cant beat the views here either. Downside is that there is no running water so people have to bring water jugs and also there is not much shade...ground is mostly dirt which can...
