Sitka Street Park — Attraction in Alaska

Mountain View Special! It's a dainty little Park with minor child structures to play on. It is right next door to the ball field, and there is a place that you can have a barbecuer when is installed over there by the gazebo. Just keep in mind that this park is locked up around 9:00 or 10:00. So don't have a late night dinner there! Plenty of trash cans around as well as sturdy benches. And probably like I don't know 50 parking spots it's a bit absurd to have so many parking spots for such a small park. However right next door there is a baseball field and I imagine that the overlap Parks right next door at that Park. There is a bit of an intense homeless situation about 5 or 600 yards away from the park but as long as it's not dark outside they generally stay in their area. This park does connect to the main part of Russian Jack Forest so please be prepared to run into moose...

One of the good park here in Anchorage. Winter we took the kids here for some fun 🛷 then summer time we enjoy the sun and fun activities with family and friends. BBQ and lots of games. Huge open field for activities, playgrounds for the kids, net for volleyball. Clean and safe for the kids. The only reason I gave 4 star is bathroom, they have 1 portable bathroom for all to use. When the park is pack there's a line lol it'll be nice if they put out 3 or 4. Other than that it's a pretty good park. Bring your mosquito spray it's that time...

Great place to take kids to play. Has a pavilion with multiple benches. Which is great for barbecues, birthdays, & picnics; whatever your outdoor activity is. Has Nice playground lots of area to run and play. It has a tennis net so you can play badminton, tennis, & volleyball.
