Pofahl Law Firm, P.C. — Attraction in Albuquerque

Mr. Pofahl was great intially! Nice staff, he took tons of notes, gave great detail as to what to expect and made me feel like I was in great hands. However, I was dropped as a client and had to be informed by the at fault insurance party first. It was unfortunate since there was no communication prior to dropping me to understand what happened. I was a client for about a week or so, and dropped due to me being victimized by an imposter attorney prior to signing in with Pofahl, so in essence a double whammy. No hard feelings, I was able to find an attorney who understands the entire case + the whole imposter attorney thing and agreed he won't leave me helpless.

I would like to inform anyone reading this review that this particular situation may infact be a "one off", for better clarification, this is not a "bad review" rather an unbiased depiction of what happened during my time as a client at Pofahl Law. The lack of communication is factual in the sense that I was informed by the insurance carrier BEFORE Pofahl Law offices told me anything, of course making me look like an idiot to the adjuster. While the situation I was in was rather odd and not common, I believe someone from Pofahl law or even Mr. Pofahl himself should have called me or set up a meeting to discuss the details. In my eyes it was just flat out disrespectful to throw me to the wolf's and only then telling me the reason after I reach out in utter confusion.

I will agree, I did thank Mr. Pofahl for his professionalism for the wording of how I was informed (after the fact), but I simply won't dismiss the fact the line of communication was subpar. I strongly believe the client should be first in this line of work no matter the circumstance.

Brady, I have to share my story about your office. My family got hit from behind by a 16 teen year old boy. I started having serve headache and went to hospital and I was told it was a bad whiplash and I was cut a loose. 6 months went by and never heard from Brady so I called Brady office to see if they got the police report. Nooo, not yet! Maybe you should try and get it yourself and my wife paid and got the police report and I sent it to Bradys office. I called and got myself into therapy without any help from Brady’s office. I was upset because my wife and I were doing everything without any help from Brady office. A year later I called his office and both Secretary were fired and Brady was trying to run all the cases on his own. My wife got a job offer in California and we moved. At this overspending to get California I told Brady what now. We Settled.My wife and I was So upset with Pofahl law firm that we took the insurance offer of $2300 and Brady took $10.000 off the top. Week after settlement I was getting bad headaches like the ones I had back from the crash and I was sent to a Spine Specialist and a MRI was done and the MRI started I had a disc out on the left side were I was being treated at in therapy. Mr.Brady Pofahl was very precise on everything and explained to me how the case would work if he took on my case. Mr. Pohfal explained what I needed to get done. I believe he is one of the top injury lawyers in the state of New Mexico he is fair and give you a chance to make your case to see if he thinks you have a good case to take on. Mr. Pohfal does work with eveyone regardless of your faith and ethnicity.
