Rankin Palace Reception Hall — Attraction in Aldine

My wedding was at this hall and I totally regret getting this hall for the Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GAVE US THE NIGHT OF THE WEDDING!!!!!!! The owner's 2 daughters were literally kicking us out after the party was over not giving us time to take out all of our personal items!!!!!!!! The beer prices were being charged double the price of what the contract had stated and after we complained to the ownners of all these things the 2 daughters reacted so agressively towards my family that they were going to handle it by hitting me and one of my sisters!!!!!!! What a way to end my wedding night!!!!!!! :( Wouldn't recommend at all this hall to anyone after how they treated us on my wedding day!!!!!! Oh and the 2 securities that they hired are so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE GUESTS!!!!! AS SOON AS IT'S 1:00AM the securities start kicking you and your guests out of the hall but very rude!!!!! Had my daughter Sweet 16 here March 2022, Everything was prefect from the food, the waiters, the bar the whole staff to the D.J. We went ahead and rented the D.J. with the hall & they were awesome!!! They had the crowed on the dance floor we even paid an extra hour for the event to keep going till 2a.m. thanks to the D.J. The new owner is so helpful & understanding "Rosa" she will work with you. They keep the hall super clean also It's very spacious and plenty of parking. I don't have any complaint's about my daughters special day everything turned out perfect. The place is nice, but customer service is very poor!!! Just like the previous reviews say, the owners of the place literally just want your money and after the party is over, they run you off with horrible curse words and chase you with broom sticks!!! They are very RUDE and even if they claim to have a degree and an education, their actions DO NOT reflect that!
