Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

I waited 20 mins in drive thru at midnight with no other customers inside or out. My order was completely incorrect and missing items. I called and asked to speak with a manager and the woman who answered, Denise Regey, said she was the manager. After informing her my order was incorrect she stated she remembers my order and to bring the food in when I was ready to get a new order. I asked who the day managers were and she stated Mr. Toni and Ms. Rose. When I asked who would be there she said she didn't know. She doesn't know who they are. If Denise was the woman at the drive thru she has a terrible attitude and definitely should not be manager. I called the store 3 times before I left the area. Being hung up on the first time and the phone being off hook the second. Waiting 10+ mins and calling back. I've had it with this location, I do alot of traveling for work and this is officially off my list of quick stop ins. This place is close to home however has become a burden with bad attitudes and long wait times. I had to spend more money on correct food... Sigh, I just want my money back. And since y'all didn't give me a receipt, I hope you take a bank statement! 0 stars...

If I could go lower rating I would. Went here with about 6 friends asked if it was better to order together or separate lady said it doesn't matter so we ordered together. Next thing you know they all screaming " omg wait a minute we have a bigass order here" it was funny at first but then we waited 25min to get our food and when it finally did the one who handed the food was rude she said"omg y'all have a lot of food ugh made us work a lot " well what do you expect we where 6 people and then the food wasn't even made right. I mean i get it yes we were a lot of people but you made a choice working at a fast food restaurant what do you expect no work or no people coming in at all. Very unprofessional if you ask me I work at a fast food place also and never has it crossed my mind to speak out loud of how many people or big of an order it is it just gets done. Maybe these kids need to get educated a bit and I say kids because it was barely 9pm and they were tired already with 6...

I am sure this JB location can't get anymore messed up than it already is. I've been coming to this location since we moved into the neighborhood last year. Staff smoking weed outside, ordering boards not working one way or another, microphones either not working at all or you can hear the staff talking to each other, drive through not working at all and they ask you to pull around to the window to place your order, major food items not in stock for multiple days. They have you pull to the waiting spot without anyone behind you. Seen cars just pull out because of the service. The staff there has been pulled out the rug from under them because of management.
