Don’t trust this business — they may sneak in locked phones without telling you. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere

I bought a total of 6 phones with SIM cards from this store, only to find out one of them was carrier-locked. I didn’t realize it until a month later when I tried to switch SIM cards and the phone wouldn’t work. When I went back to ask for help, they told me I had to pay hundreds of dollars extra to unlock it, or pay even more to replace it with an unlocked version. This is extremely dishonest behavior.

Garbage, entered store to repair iphone.. completely ignored by receptionist for 5 minutes while she was talking to her friend.. only to have to walk straight up and let her know i’m there to get my phone repaired.. her expression was of annoyed , eyes batting, as if me being there was offensive.. go work inside a room or something, you’re not cut out for customer...

Gave us inaccurate pricing over the phone. We called in for a Pixel 6 battery replacement, and they confirmed it would be $65, but when we went in a few days later, they said it was $90 because the screen was too hard to remove, and insurance for the process wasn't a part of it. How can a phone repair store not know their basics? Incredibly disappointing and...
