I called this location up to see if they had a serpentine belt for a 2001 Ford Focus Wagon, they said that they had one in stock, so I rushed over there. I was greeted right away by a associate that was with a customer already but he said he would be right with me. I walked around for a couple minutes and then another associate walked out from the back and found the belt for me. I was explained the warranty and the difference if I buy a belt tensioner and pulley with the belt and without one. I was very happy with the customer service and the experience I had this visit, I even purchased a Matchbox and a HotWheels that I didn't have yet. Thank You for your help I think Chris helped me. Read moreI came here for rotor resurfacing and was impressed by Chris’ customer service from start to finish. He got started right away after confirming my widths were within spec. He also listened when I pointed out a slight flaw in the first rotor resurface, made the adjustment in the machine, confirmed the results on the other rotor, and then perfected the one with an issue. He just looked at me and gave a long pause I then asked him again. He smacked his lips and said what is the make and model( the phone rings and he tends to whomever was on the phone. Instead of asking them to please hold he disregarded me as if I was not standing there.
