I would give "0" stars for customer service, I wish I had gotten the guys name, I explained I had called customer service to get some info on cost so I could go in store prepared. Ryan from customer service (manager)basically said I wuld be payimg only $35vto activate the phone he was waiving all other fees , since I had had a few run ins with Metro and them wanting to way more $ then advertised. anywho the guy in store, kept cutting me off didnt really care to try and get a phone for me. he said customer service lies to us. So i said ok you cant do that $35 for me I understand bt what can you do for me? He had no interest in trying to do anything unless I had at $250 or more. The female in store was even more rude, she basically go donw to the county office and get a free phone if thats all you can afford. 2 out 3 Metro PCS stores Ive been to have had the worst customer serice out of all stores.
I did NOT continue but went down the street , I opended an acount with crikcet wireless, and the gentlemen there worked with me went thru all stops to make sure he helped and to think it was 10 min to close.

When I called back and asked to speak with a manager she said she was one. I asked why she hung up on me she replied with because I can! Very rude even when answering the phone. I asked to speak with her supervisor that now was in store (wasn’t when I asked the first time) when speaking to a ummm Marisa (her words) she stated that Briana was NOT a manager and really wasn’t any help with what was going on. Read moreI been here twice. The time was 9am n date was june 17th 2024. Went in to get my phone activated. A girl (young lady) that open the store attended me and swear she was very helpful n understood of a previous situation i had with another metropc store n she helped me. N could not ask for much else. She reactived my phone that i have had fix n went well and thought because of it i wanted to write a review because it made my day and hope she knows shes a good helpful person.
