This is a review of summertime conditions at Snowbird. We were staying in Snowbird for a few days and decided to take a hike up the Alta-Brighton Trail. What a beautiful summertime hike. The hills are sloping, so nothing too difficult, but if hiking the entire length of the trail, plan for being out most of the day.
We hiked out to find evidence of mining from years gone by. We located an abandoned mine and the steam engine that drove the pully. It was very cool.
We also hiked up nearby Mt. Superior and built a cairn on top.
