So I had called them when I decided to order a screen repair kit and do it myself , being a mom in a rough financial spot right now & me trying to go as cheap as possible. Well i shortly realized that was a dumb choice when i got stuck halfway thru it.. Not knowing what to do I decided to call them and explain my situation and ask for help removing screws, the man told me to bring it in and then within 10 mins of being there he brings me back my phone completely fixed!! (which I wasn't expecting him to do all of that!!) The man who fixed it wouldnt even accept any money for helping& finishing it. Both workers were so polite, welcoming& generous, so from here on out I will be going to them instead of attempting on my own!!! I really hope those two men that treated me so good today know that their one kind gesture made all the difference to me, &ill forever recommend them to...

Great experience. I got my iPhone XS Max cracked screen replaced in about 10 minutes at a price that was less than half what I was quoted by Geek Squad. Very highly recommended.

UPDATE The new screen began acting strange about 6 weeks after the install. I called to see what could be done and they didn't even hesitate. I was told to come in to get it replaced, which was done in about 10 minutes again. They even threw in a screen protector since I had put one on the old one. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. My recommendation is even higher than before....

The guys there are nice but i dropped off a Nintendo Switch OLED for repairs and not only is it already not charging again, but it was brought home with a different issue than what it was left with even though they didn't apparently even do anything to it. I'm glad I didn't actually spend money here, since they "did nothing" but it's already not charging again and now right joycons have issues being connected directly to the console. Thought this would've been the cheapest, best option but clearly i was incorrect and will be going through...
