Ray's Rocks & Minerals — Attraction in Alys Beach

This place was awesome!! We saw it on Google maps when we were planning to go thrifting (there is a thrift store nearby as well!) And we just had to stop and check them out.

There are lots of cement statues for your yard/garden, bird baths, glass chunks, wind chimes, etc. They even have giant planters and bonsai pots! 😁🙌✨🌱

My favorite part was the shed full of seashells and tumbled/raw gemstones!! 😍💕 I found some really beautiful (but not expensive) shells and gems and really enjoyed this hole in a wall shop! I got lots of beautiful pieces for a total of about $80! 😍

I'm so glad we made the drive out here! This place is just lovely. The pottery is even more beautiful in person! Great selection of finished and unfinished concrete art pieces, large planters, and wall art. The prices are very reasonable. Plan to spend at least an hour or two so you don't miss some of the great pieces hidden in plain sight. There is a small but notable selection of unusual crystals and minerals as well- great spot for rock hounds. I am already looking forward to our next...

One of my favorite roadside oddities in the Panama/ Destin area. The lady that owns “Ray’s” is genuinely a sweetheart. Prices are the best in the area maybe even underpriced.
