It’s a beautiful breath taking landscape with lots of rolling hills with open spaces. It has groups of trees here and there on the ridge, but majorly of the trails on hill sides are bare where the view to the 360 degrees of scenery are wide opened. Excellent for panoramic view plus Ariel views to the Well known interstate Freeway 80, American Canyon, Fairfield, Napa and lower ground like the valleys. It’s surprising to find forest of all type of tress by lower ground and by the creek where water is easy access to the tress’ surviving. When walking on the ground level, the mountains by Lynch Canyon give me the feeling of walking under the majestic mountain where human looks or feels like ants. It’s amazing place for hiker who wants exploration and cows’ sanctuary. In addition it’s home to wild animals. Such as Black and brown bears, bobcats, coyotes and others, It’s preserve for open space that I read in the trail which consists of 640 Area of land was perilously owned by The Newells family.
Overall the sceneries is most wonderful with lots of interesting sights in every corners you turn and that is waiting for you to discover your magical places.
Enjoy, keep it clean and save the open space for our future generations to appreciate the beauties of Mother Nature has created...

Also something to keep in mind, it is not dog friendly. You have to leave your fur...

The views at the top and wildflowers along the trail are a feast for the eyes. The gradual ascent makes this a moderate difficulty trail, but for the most part, it's an easy walk, suitable for all hiking levels. Definitely recommend! Mowing the trail more frequently would make it 5...
