I'm so excited I found out about this dog park! You can tell whoever planned this park are dog owners for sure. I've been to the playground next to the park before, but haven't been since they added the fenced in area. There's so much room, there were probably 5+ dogs when we were there, and there was more than enough room. The paved path going around the park is great, my kids were loaded in a wagon and we walked the path while our dog played. I love the amount of trees and brush that was left, I can't wait for the spring, it will be even more lovely. There were a good amount of trash cans, and a dog course in one corner of the park. All the dog owners were lovely, so were their dogs. I can't wait to go back!

In June 2025, I went to Art Dye Park to volunteer setting up for the Folk Fest outdoor musical festival. There will be 32 musical groups performing this Friday and Saturday. We set up and decorated the Forest Stage today, which will be in the middle of mature shade trees. The Fork Fest decorations are amazing. The dog park is nearby and it is a Canine Paradise. Art Dye Park is a highly worth the visit.

The main picture is misleading. This dog park is a fully fenced area for dogs of all sizes. There is even a 1/4 mile paved walking trail inside of the fenced area. There are buckets for the dogs to drink from (we bring our own water), benches, and just a beautiful area to be. Immediately adjacent to the dog park is a small kids play structure (pictured in the main photo)

Oh my gosh. I'm going to try and express my excitement with words the best I can. One of my friends told me about this awesome dog park that has a lot of land with trails, playground obstacles for dogs, water stations and more for the fur-babies and Oh. My. Gosh... You won't be disappointed (based on my experience). I brought both of my dogs and I was a little nervous because one of them tends to not like bigger dogs or dogs who are too hyper/invasive of space but it was like he was a completely different dog at this park. Not once did he show any disapproval of being bombarded by other dogs and instead, he wanted to play. My other dog was also so enthralled by this place and it made me so, so happy to see them so happy and socializing. I also appreciated how all the dog parents at the park when I went just knew unspoken rules, were super respectful and awesome towards each other. If you've been looking for a good community and spacious dog park, this is the spot. Hopefully if you decide to go based on this review, I hope you have an awesome time like I did for my first time. If you don't like the crowds, I'd suggest going in the week versus...

This is a nice big park. The entire place is fenced in so you can unleash your dog and let it play to its heart's content. There is a double gate to make it so you can get your dog in and out without other dogs escaping. There is a walking path that goes around the perimeter of the park and plenty of space for your puppy to get the zoomies out.

There are buckets of water for your dog to drink and stations with rolls of plastic bags throughout the park so you can clean up after it. There is a water spigot near the entrance so you can refill any bucket that gets too low. There are benches and shade trees throughout so it can be a very restful place for you to wait while your puppy plays. And finally there is a great community of dog owners and friendly dogs for your pup to play with.

This place has saved our sanity. Our energetic little half-springer half-aussie loves coming here and playing with...

This is honestly just an incredible dog park. I love the long path that wraps around the whole park and with the pushes and trees that cut through the middle it really feels like two or three parks instead of one. I’m curious to see how they maintain it this summer since the winter has really torn up the grass.

Pretty great community as well, every once in a while there’s an owner with a poorly behaved dog or something but you get that everywhere. I think it’s really at a minimum at Art Dye and most of the owners here are pretty knowledgeable about training their dogs. Plus the park is large enough that if your dog isn’t getting along well with another, it’s pretty easy to avoid them by walking to the other side...
