Had a bad experience in the past but seems much improved over the years. Good selection. Prices are average. Only drawback is that I have to purchase an entire bottle of juice without knowing if I'll hate it if I want to try anything new, so I end up wasting a lot of money, but I suppose that's wherever you go (online or any other store except one place I know allows you to smell the juice at least). But otherwise some of the staff are knowledgeable, some are not (I had to spend about 15 mins explaining to one girl how she undercharged me by about $22 and why I owed her more money.
