Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Anoka

If there was an option for negative stars, this is Caribou location would certainly be deserving. I have been having issues at this store for over one year and a half. Drinks are very inconsistent, more often than not they are completely wrong. Menu items run out regularly. I once ordered at the drive thru speaker and waited over 12 minutes in line for them to tell me at the window they were out of almond milk. Employees are not well-trained. When being asked about an incorrect drink, the staff becomes argumentative. I have given this Caribou store every opportunity to correct the mishaps by conversing with corporate and local management to make them aware of the issues. I was promised giftcards on multiple occasions. To this day I have received one for $20, which was much appreciated, but does not come close to the amount of money I've spent in wrong drinks. Management makes excuses and does not rectify the situation. Even with regional upper management involved, there has not been many improvements. I love Caribou products (those caramels are AMAZING. Try them, they are my favorite compared to any others I've tried.) However, the service at this particular location is, well, leaving something to be desired. Waited behind one person for 5-10 minutes just to buy a handful of caramels (did I mention they're absolutely delicious?), which is way too long in my opinion, to deal with one person's transaction. No indication of urgency either, given there was another person (me) waiting in line. This chick scanned my card when I said it was the first time using it, wanted to make sure my vanilla gift card didn't need a pin there. My total was 50$ on my gift card. I had a total of 5.67$ at caribou off round lake. This chick tipped herself, not on my behalf. Really pisses me off. I'm a mail carrier, if I want to tip you for your hard work, I will.
