The young tall boy at the register is extremely rude and when I ordered ice cream, I literally watched him pick his wedgie out of his butt and then started preparing the cone for the family before me. When my cone was ready I grabbed my cone and throw it out on the way out in disgust. The young boys name on the receipt was Karson C. If you see him making your food and he is tall with a lazy eye, he does not wash his hands before preparing ice cream.. Beware of this location. Update: It's laughable and shows the integrity of the store when the owner replies, "disgruntled employee". Instead of taking this post for what it was and addressing the issue and/or staying silent in the event that he had a person he employed that dug a wedgie out and not wash his hand shows even more why you should watch out at this location. I am not a child and have never been employed by a DQ in my life. I was out trying to have ice cream with my family when I encountered not only a rude employee but someone who did something gross when the handling food. Instead of the owner holding his staff accountable, he claims "disgruntled employee". Figures he thinks this is false or fake due to the Fox News that plays at this location all day as well. What's next some more insults? Horrible...
Read moreWent to DQ to get a late snack for the family, when I ordered at the counter I had to pay extra for them incorrectly ringing up my order (I ordered a 2 chicken strip Ala cart and they rang up 2 single chicken strip Ala, thus I had to pay for dipping sauce and because the 2 chicken strip Ala is cheaper) the lady threw my recipt away after taking ages to count change. We then waited 15 minutes for our food (it was done for most of it). During our wait, people were on their phones and going back to work without washed hands. We requested to get our food bagged because it was sitting out and a guy came and started bagging our food ungloved. We requested nicely for them to glove themselves and they finished bagging my order but they left and never bagged my mom's order. We got upset and requested a manager and we were blatantly ignored repeatedly until a worker who wasn't up front told us that they do not have managers at the store. We then asked for a corporate number (to which we never got) and after a while the guy in the kitchen started telling his employees to bag our food. Finally we got our food and we found out they got my mom's order wrong (we were refunded for that) and we left after a 20 minute stop that should have lasted...
Read moreIm Pregnant and a craving hits. DQ is my top choice. Order at the drive-thru and had a pleasant experience up until I could see the 4 very young teenagers working there prepping my order through the window. Fudge brownie with ice cream. They passed it back and forth playfully, and for no apparent reason. Laughing. Throwing food on the floor and one seemed to even poke at the brownie. They traded it off to the window teenager who proceeded to top it with whip cream. Couldn't see him do it but they erupted in laughter. Opened the window, rudely said "here!", laughed and shut the window and all of them began laughing again. There was whip cream sprayed all over the container and it honestly was so melted it looked like milk. What the heck??? Made me nervous to eat it, especially after they played with it. With 3 toddlers in the car at 730 at night, getting out to talk to the non-existent adult manager was not happening. Seems crazy to complain about something that only cost me 4.79 but I'm paying for quality & convenience. Not crap made...
