Place is great concept, it’s need better execution. My kid loves it. The set up is set up for safe play. Only reason I didn’t give a five is bc the set up allows parents to be lazy and just sit around on their phones while their child causes chaos by not following the rules and injure others children in the process. I’ve been several times and I see at least 2-3 kids get injured bc of the way some kids play.
Not only are these kids injuring other kids they are also teaching bad behavior to the little ones that mimic everything. I’ve had to correct my kid to not climb up the slides, throw things, and try to climb things they isn’t supposed and luckily my kid listens granted my kid is 2.5 years old so everything my kid sees they want to do. I put my phone away and watch everything my kid does and make sure he follows the rules.
The other star is bc of the party structure and lack of organization. Each party is allowed up to 12 kids which in my opinion along with open play this becomes to crowded. I’ve been on two occasions where there were parties. One was ok it was crowded bc there was two parties at the same time. at least the kids were well behaved and really didn’t impact my kid playing bc other parents were vigilant of their kids too and made it easier for everyone. However there were still some kids being the rebellious type but it was not as bad as the second time I went. The second time there was only one party but every one of the kids was chaotic. No control over the kids or the parents. The kids were climbing everything, running and climbing up slides kids were injured within minutes of me getting there. I usually stick around about 2-3 hours until my kid gets tired out and agrees to go home. The second party time I left within 30minutes of getting there pretty much wasting my money. Some parent tried to force my kid out of the way of a photo they were taking in front of the entrance of we’re kids go in to play, and some other kid tried to push my kid down the big slides. It was really chaotic. Pretty much me and every parent that wasn’t part of the party group left because there kids were getting hurt on kid got kicked in the head.
There really should only be one party at a time All the rules need to be listed at the front desk for parents to read specifically the new comers.
There needs to be less tolerance of bad behavior. I get people pay for their kids to play but I also pay for my kid to not get injured by chaotic kids.
There needs to a staging area but this place is too small for that. By this I mean there needs to be an age group restrictions to certain parts. This place is for 6 months old to 12 years old. However a 12 year old should not be in a high energy place with 6 month old. They need to be separated and a rule set up where a child can go play at an older kids play area but and an older kid cannot enter a younger kid’s area (unless they are babysitting a younger sibling).
This place is too small for open and parties at the same time.
So overall great place when the appropriate number of kids are there. There really needs to be a cap. Try to avoid going during parties it won’t be as fun if you’re the type of parent who enjoys spending time with your child and interacting with them...
Read moreWent for the first time today and love the play place, layout, and fact that there’s actually a place for parents to sit down!! My only concern was that this place seems like it’s made for younger children/toddlers/babies, yet I didn’t see or hear about any age restrictions. There were some very large children, probably ranging from age 8-13 that I saw in the play area, and one of them decided to pick on my four year old and scratched down his neck after throwing balls at his face and head full force, leaving him with red welts. I understand little kids have incidents occasionally, but these kids were older. Maybe consider enforcing age restrictions in the play area, and if you have them in place already, please be more diligent with upholding the rule. There were definitely more than a few of them tripping over the littles and throwing balls at other kids. Hopefully we can visit again soon if something changes, because my kids loved it at...
