Update:
After posting my review, the owner, Qun contacted me personally to discuss the matters of my review. Let me just say, that is rather impressive. It let's me as a customer know that he really cares about his patrons AND his business. He offered me a free massage for my negative experience. Please keep in mind, I've been going here for a year now. If it weren't for their expertise I don't know where I'd be today as I suffered a terrible fall one year ago; which was why u started massage therapy.
Tonight I went in for my free massage. Stella was my masseuse tonight. STELLA IS AWESOME!!!! She has treated me before and I was extremely happy with her before too. She comes highly recommended from someone with back problems.
Thank you Qun & Stella for taking care of me!!!

I've been coming here since January 2016. I found this place via Groupon. A friend of mine and myself received a gifted groupon yesterday. They were able to get us in immediately. I'm always a walk in and I never have a wait, I love that. Most of the woman there are great. I love that they are thorough. However last night I was asked what area I needed work the most and the guy completely avoided it. I sit 10 hours a day and my lower back and hips are my go to spot. Why ask if you're not going to relieve that area?
Then as we are leaving, both masseuse were standing around waiting for tip. I DO NOT like this. Do not expect this. That is just plain rude. Bring the water, thank us for our patron and go back to work or clean up. Normally when I feel this pressured over a tip, I won't leave one. But I did leave each of them $5. Not the greatest tip (keep in mind, these were gifted to us and meant to be completely free). But what really got me, was the FIT the woman threw and the anger the man displayed.
I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Keep in mind I've been coming here since January. I genuinely like this place. But getting difficult to recommend when people stand around and expecting tips. I rate my tips based on service received. Bad service = bad tip. Good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in for a massage because my back had been killing me and I need to feel better to go back to work. I was met by a woman who asked which massage I wanted and informed that they only take cash, but Zelle could be used. I was hesitant because I feel like Zelle can increase the risk of scams, but in so much pain I needed a massage. I was told I had to pay for the massage upfront and the woman attempted to look at my device while I made the transaction. She was staring at my bank account, where would this be okay? The place I normally go charges at the end of the massage. I was taken into the room by the woman and got undressed and on the table. Then a man shows up to do the massage and due to being undressed I couldnāt get a good look at who would be touching me. This is in no way trauma informed. He began my massage, said nothing to me other than turn over and finished. He did not ask about the pressure I wanted or what I wanted to focus on. He left the room twice, once for supplies and only fully closed the door once. When I was done and dressed I went out to the lobby to find both him and the woman that initially greeted me there to insist I give him a tip. They did provide me with room temperature water. But literally stood between me and the door until I tipped. If I felt 100% physically I would have just walked out but didnāt know what kind of resistance they would put up. Tips should never be forced or coerced. With all the noise from the tattoo shop, the room being both hot and cold, the very cheap material on the table to cover you, the unknown status of hygiene or the table and the hands of the person massaging me, and the painful massage I was given I feel the $65 I paid for the massage was enough. I always tip to clarify, but being forced to do so is absurd. I will not...

They Didn't Do Her Feet, and When She Mentioned It BECAUSE SHE ALREADY PAID FOR IT They Kicked Her Out, And Told Her She Wasn't Allowed Back Because She Refused To Give A Tip.
TIP IS OPTIONAL BASED OFF SERVICE GIVEN, IF MY MOTHER DID NOT GET THE SERVICE SHE PAID FOR WHY WOULD SHE TIP???
I Feel They Charge People However They Want, Not Based On What They Have Posted. You Getting What You Paid For Is Based Off Of How They Feel At The Time. As A Customer Who Pays For Something I Want What I Pay For Because Im More Than Willing To PAY AND TO TIP IF The Service Is What I Paid For It To Be To Begin With. Wont Be Coming Back Or Referring...
